CraftJack connects homeowners to home service contractors via a collection of over 30 trade-specific, homeowner-facing websites and a contractor-facing mobile app. As the first in-house designer at the company, the opportunity to establish a new brand identity for CraftJack across multiple channels immediately presented itself as a need.
Bring the overall CraftJack brand and main site into the modern era without negatively affecting conversion rates (service provider acquisitions and homeowner requests) on either side of the marketplace. Expand the design refresh to all digital products, including:
• CraftJack.com, the company's main website
• 30+ trade-specific microsites
• Series of paid social and SEM ads
• New CraftJack Pro mobile app built from scratch, in close collaboration with our UX lead and
third-party engineers, to match the newly-established brand identity
• Brand guideline documentation to encourage brand consistency across multiple channels
